Crazy Egg: Screen Recording Tool v2.0

Project Overview

A case study on how I lead the design and implementation of v2.0 for Crazy Egg Recordings.

In 2018, we had an MVP of Screen Recordings of which we called Screen Recordings v1.0. Following the release of v.1.0, customer were so excited, they flooded our inbox with feature requests.

Goal

The goal was broken down into two parts, design and build:

iterate on the recordings tool into a minimal lovable product (MLP)
a feedback flow for this new product that included a pricing page and billing flow
